Leadership Journeys are an important component of the Girl Scout National Program Portfolio. When you participate in one of these programs, you’re joining with thousands of other Girl Scouts across the nation in having fun and developing important leadership skills!

On a Leadership Journey, Girl Scouts have the opportunity to do it all – from trying science experiments to creating art projects to cooking healthy food and more! In each journey, girls benefit from the three keys to leadership: discover, connect, and take action. They discover themselves and the world around them, connect with others about important topics, and take action in a meaningful way.
