Volunteer Opportunities for Older Girls

Calling all girls who are looking for a fun outdoor leadership opportunity!

Outdoor Fall Adventure

Who: Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors

When: Saturday, October 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Camp Seven Hills/Goodyear in Holland, New York

Cost: $8

This program offers girls the opportunity to lead younger Girl Scouts by preparing the activities for the Fall Adventure that begins at 1 p.m. and then facilitate them! Hours served may count toward Service to Girl Scouting or Program Aide awards.


Camp Piperwood by Candlelight

Who: Seniors, Ambassadors

When: Saturday, November 1 from 2 to 8 p.m. (Program starts at 5 p.m.)

Where: Camp Piperwood in Victor, New York

Cost: Free

This program is in need of girls to assist in preparation for the evening by lining lanterns along the trails. Pizza will be provided for girls who volunteer! Program begins at 5 p.m. and all girls are encouraged to lead crafts/activities for younger Girl Scouts. Hours served may count toward Service to Girl Scouting or Program Aide awards.
