Girl Scout Camp application forms may be found in your brochure. Your completed camp application form along with payment should be sent to the Council Service Center as directed on the form. You will receive an order number for your registration along with an invoice by e-mail or post to the address provided on your application.
All of these forms and materials are in a PDF format. Remember to make sure you have Adobe reader installed on the computer you are obtaining them from.
