Camp Properties & Rental

The outdoor experience is a vital part of Girl Scouting. Check out the options for girls to explore all the outdoors has to offer, including Summer Camp, Troop Adventure Camp, and Day Camps!

Have questions about Camp? Contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-837-6410 or by email at CustomerCare@gswny.org

Our properties host camping and outdoor activities, which remain a favorite for girls at every age, as they have been throughout Girl Scout history. We offer summer day and resident camp programs, and family/troop/group camping. Prior Girl Scout membership is not required.

Girl Scout camp is more than unique, it is girl-led; guided by our staff, girls (including those who have never participated with Girl Scouts) enjoy our programs and are involved in planning, organizing, and evaluating their camp activities. Girls are empowered as they learn at their own pace and practice creative thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills at every turn.

Year-round, troops can conquer our high ropes challenge courses and camp in lodges and tents, enjoy water play, learn outdoor and survival skills, and discover nature. We also open our properties to corporate groups for team-building retreats and conferences, and to families for weddings and other celebrations.

Complete all parts of your application; provide the other required elements and sign. Attach or include payment and send it into the Council address as directed at the top of the application.

Reservations cannot be processed nor can dates be held without payment.

Your Council Registrars will process applications on a first-come, first-served basis. If your request cannot be accommodated, you will be contacted immediately. Otherwise, you will be mailed a confirmation detailing the facility and date(s) that have been reserved for you. We ask that you send in your reservations at least forty-five (45) days in advance to allow for property readiness.

In fairness to all, reservations are no longer accepted over the phone. Your application is required to reserve a Council site.

Enjoy your stay!
