Join us for a program all about good credit! We don’t always learn about this in topic in school and as we get ready to enter college or the workforce, it’s important to understand how finances and credit work. We will discuss:
Credit scores
Various loans and how they work
The ins and outs of credit cards
Debt collections
The ups and downs of bankruptcy (aka the last resort)
Ambassadors will earn their Good Credit Badge. The badge is not included in the cost of the program. Participants can order their badge through the online shop at gswny.org or by emailing their nearest service center to place an order for curbside pickup (Buffalo – Shop.Buffalo@gswny.org, Rochester– Shop.Rochester@gswny.org, Lockport – Shop.Lockport@gswny.org, or Jamestown – Shop.Jamestown@gswny.org).
