Every Daisy Adventure Is Filled With Giggles, Energy & Excitement!
Daisy troop meetings are easier with Daisy Drop Box, our complimentary program for kindergarten and first grade Daisy troops in Girl Scouts of Western NY. Daisy troop leaders receive a box with the resources needed to hold fun, engaging troop meetings. The boxes include step-by-step scripted meeting instructions plus activity supplies for each registered Daisy.
Who is eligible to participate in our Daisy Dropbox program?
- New Daisy Troops are eligible to participate
- The troop must have two registered co-leaders who have completed their background checks and co-leader training.
- Troop must have 12 or more registered Daisies. Daisies are girls in kindergarten and first grade.
- The troop has their first meeting location, time and date confirmed
New Daisy Troop Leaders can sign up for Daisy Dropbox few steps:
- Register as a Girl Scout troop leader.
- Find a co-leader for the troop and make sure they are also registered.
- Complete your background check and Volunteer Basics training.
- Make sure 12 girls at the Daisy level have registered for the troop.
- Sign up for Daisy Dropbox.
- Pick up your Daisy Dropbox at your nearest Girl Scout Service Center once you have completed the above requirements.

What's in a Daisy Drop Box?
- A welcome packet provides an introduction to your first year as a troop leader, and the activity supplies provided to earn the 10 Daisy petal badges.
- Step-by-step scripted instructions for each badge activity.
- Activity supplies for each registered Daisy.
- All petals for up to 12 girls are provided.
- The Daisy Dropbox is free of charge to troops who meet the criteria outlined above.

What Are The Daisy Petals?
- Girl Scouts of all ages recite the ideals and values in our Girl Scout Promise and Girl Scout Law, which serve as the foundation of Girl Scouting.
- The Daisy petals are special badges just for Daisies they wear on their uniform.
- They represent the Girl Scout Promise and each petal represents a part of the Girl Scout Law.
Are the badges provided in the Daisy Dropbox?
The badges earned are included in the boxes.
