Service Unit Camp Out (SUCO)
Attention SU’s the following changes for SUCO registrations will be going into effect Oct 1, 2026
Updated Service Unit Camp Out Event Registration & Rental Policy
- Service Units will be permitted to register for a SUCO event every other year. This change allows other Service Units the opportunity to utilize our camp properties.
- Service Units that register for a Spring or Fall 2026 event will be eligible to register again in 2028.
- Service Units will be required to rent the entire camp property for their event. The 30-day cancellation option will no longer apply, as it limits our ability to rent the property to other troops or groups.
- A special reduced rental rate for full property usage will be available exclusively for SUCO events.
Cancellation Policy (Service Unit Camp Out Events Only):
- Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable.
