Learn about creative ways biomedical engineers
solve every day medical problems through the intersection of medicine
and engineering
Participate in activities such as
creating a prosthetic hand from straws, cardboard, and strings while
learning about how they work, extracting DNA from strawberries, and
learning about biomechanics through force plates and a lab tour.
There will be a campus tour available for girls who are
interested in learning about STEM in a university setting
