Did you register for Digital Cookie and Smart Cookies?
- Troop Cookie Managers will use both Digital Cookie and Smart Cookies platform to manage the cookie program for their troop.
- Email will come from email@email.girlscouts.org AND noreply@smartcookies.com
Schedule your Troop Cookie Booths!
- Ask local businesses for permission to host a troop cookie booth inside/outside of their business.
- Create a Troop Secured Booth in Smart Cookies Click Here to Watch a Quick Video
Short on Time? Visit our Council Sponsored Troop Cookie Booths ready for troops to take!
- All Council-sponsored troop cookie booths have already been confirmed by Council with the business, and are ready for troops to be secured in Smart Cookies.
- Under the Booth dropdown menu, select “Schedule Booths” where you’ll see available council-sponsored booth locations and time slots. Troops can reserve booths marked as “first-come, first-served.”
- Select and Reserve your booth- once a booth location and time is reviewed and works for your troop, select and confirm your reservation. Click Here to Watch a Quick Video
Sell Direct Ship only!
- Don’t want to host a cookie booth or stand outside? Troops can share their Digital Cookie Troop Link with friends, family and on social media to gain sales for DIRECT SHIP.
- No money handling, no picking up or delivering cookies- just see the sales roll in! Click Here to Watch a Quick Video
Make it a Virtual Booth!
- Add a pickup-up location to an existing troop cookie booth for even more ways to reach customers! Just share the Troop’s Digital Cookie Link and offer customers the ability to purchase cookies online, and be offered a date/time/location to PICK UP their orders.
- Not looking to host a cookie booth? No Problem! Use the Virtual Booth option as a way to provide customers with the date/time/location to pick up their orders. Troops can easily pre-sort orders, and have them available for pickup during the troop’s specified time. Click Here to Watch a Quick Video
Place your Troop’s Planned Order
- If a Troop has Cookie Booth’s scheduled, and does not have enough on-hand inventory. Troops can place a Planned Order at a Cookie Cupboard nearest to them.
- Planned Orders can be placed weekly, by Sunday 11:59 pm. All Planned Orders can be picked up that week during Cookie Cupboard hours. Click Here to Watch a Quick Video
