Fall Product Program Resources

Everyone knows Girl Scouts sell cookies in the spring, but our Fall Product Program is equally as important for our girls because it helps them to earn money for their fall activities and community service projects.

In addition to nut and candy products, the Fall Product Program allows you to give or receive subscriptions to print and digital magazines and donate items to the military share service project!

The Girl Scout Fall Product Program allows girls to learn key business skills that will be helpful in their future and provide their troop and the council support funding for Girl Scout programs.

7 in 7 Challenge

We have a final week challenge for our Girl Scouts! If a girl increase her online sales by at least seven (7) items online (direct ship or girl delivery), they're entered into our 7 in 7 Contest

One random winner will receive:

  • A mystery swag bag
  • A day reservation their troop at one of our camp properties, including the use of a lodge

Additionally, three random winners will receive mystery swag bags from the Girl Scout shop! Winners will be drawn at random on November 6.

  • Troop Volunteer enters and verifies girls product and reward orders and completes troop product/reward order

  • Council order is placed

  • SUPPM reconciles troop payments
November 20, 2021
  • Product delivery to service units
  • Service Unit rewards are shipped UPS to service units. Ship date is to be determined
November 30, 2021
  • Last day for the troop to report product/recognition damages and shortages to SUPPM and SUPPM to council product program manager

Use ePayment to pay your troop Cookie Program/Fall Product Program Bill

What are the steps needed to make an ePayment?

  1. Log In (create an account if you don't have one)
  2. Enter/update your profile information
  3. Enter troop bank information for each troop you lead
  4. Choose troop and enter payment amount and submit
  5. Receive email payment confirmation

Who pays the troop Cookie Program/Fall Product Program Bill?

The Troop Leader is responsible to deposit cash, checks and money orders into the troop bank account and pay the troop bill to council.  Remember to provide ample time for all checks to clear your troop account before you pay your troop bill. Troops have two options to pay the troop bill.

  1. Electronic payment using ePayment
  2. Walk-in at a Girl Scout Service Center
