GSWNY Cancellation/Refund Policy - last updated on 25 June 2023
- Participants who make a cancellation/refund request 30 days or more before an event will receive a refund of 100% of registration fees.
- Participants who make a cancellation/refund request 15 days or more before an event will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees.
- Participants who make a cancellation/refund request less than 15 days before an event, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not be given for programs or events under $5.00.
- Refunds for family emergency or serious illness will only be processed if notification is made before the event and is followed up within two weeks by a written refund request. For serious illness, a doctor’s written note is required within two weeks after the program. A full refund will be provided.
- All requests must be sent to customercare@gswny.org.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
