You're Invited to Join Girl Scouts! 

Whether your girl is a dreamer, comedian, explorer, or something uniquely her own, she’s welcome at Girl Scouts! You and your girl are both invited to join us to meet other girls in her grade, try out some fun activities, and get answers to any questions you may have. 

All events listed on this page are for girls who aren't currently Girl Scout members. If you're looking for member events, please click here.

Use the dropdowns below to search for upcoming registration event for non-Girl Scouts. Our registration events are the perfect place for you to meet council staff and volunteers, learn more about Girl Scouting, and sign your girl up.

Camp Information Events

Taste of Camp Events

Are you missing camp? We are too! Join us for our GSWNY Taste of Camp events were you can get a glimpse of what camp will look like in summer 2022.

Activities will include tours, s'mores, crafts, and more! We'll have informational sessions as well giveaways of camp swag. 

Don't forget about your chance to win a free week of camp when you attend a Taste of Camp event!

PLUS! Through a generous grant from the United Way of Greater Rochester, girls that reside in Monroe county that register and attend the Camp Piperwood event will be put into a drawing for a chance to win free laptops!

Every Taste of Camp will run from 1 to 3 p.m.

  • Camp Timbercrest, April 23
  • Camp Seven Hills, April 30

Families MUST preregister in order to attend our Taste of Camp events.

COVID GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED AT THE EVENTS:

  • All participants must sign in for contact tracing upon arrival
  • All participants must be correctly masked at all times indoors
  • Social distancing will be enforced when outdoors

What's Up, Girl Scout Video Series

Find a troop in your area or school that fits your schedule:

  1. Click Find Troops. Enter zip code and set radius.
  2. Select Membership Year (October 2021 - September 2022)
  3. Optional: Enter Troop Number (To find the correct troop, the “T” must capitalized and there must be a space between the word Troop and the 5-digit number. Example: Troop 12345)
  4. Select Grade and click Search.
