Each year, Girl Scouts of Western New York serves over 1,000 girls through Council Staff Led Troops. These troops provide the Girl Scout Leadership Experience in a troop setting to girls who may not have easy access to Girl Scouts otherwise.
Council Staff Led Troops are led by trained Girl Scout staff members, called Program Facilitators, and they provide troop leadership for multiple troops in various schools, community centers, and libraries.
Interested in having a Council Staff Led Troop in your after school or summer program?
