"Learn Ultimate Frisbee! We will be holding a two hour class to teach the basics of the game including: throws, catches, how to move, and how to play defense. By the end of the class, we will put it all together into a game. We believe Ultimate is a fantastic sport for building confident young women and we're excited to share it with you!"
