Through movement, yoga poses, and mindfulness activities, you will
learn relaxation and self-regulation techniques that will be useful to
you now and in the future. There will be music, guided relaxation, and
you will create your own Zen garden craft to use to de-stress and
relax. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. Classes are taught by
Donna Baia, Certified Kidding Around Yoga Teacher. Visit
